Anyone who is short wants to become taller. Being short affects every part of your life. Unfortunately many people do not know how to approach this and give up quickly. In fact over 90% of people who want to become taller give up in weeks.
Many methods to gain height do not work at tall and many are misleading, by avoiding these traps you will gain height.
Exercise does work to help you gain inches in height. Different forms and types of exercises will work at different ages. If you are still a teenager or in your early twenties and still growing, the single best exercise you can do is swimming. This exercises every part of your body and does give you a stronger back. It also makes your body pump out human growth hormone which is vital for growth.
If you are older you can do other exercises that can help to straighten and exercise your back. Since most people have a bad posture exercising will help correct it and give you back inches in height.
You also need to eat a good diet too. That does not mean you have to stick to a horrible tasting diet, but you need to include healthy foods like vegetables and fruit in your diet to help you become taller.
What to avoid if you want to gain height.
Avoid pills that promise you to be inches taller in days. If you grew that fast, your bones would break. Most of these pills are just ordinary health supplements with a different label. Some are even dangerous and can make you sick. Taking normal heath supplements is good. Taking these miracle pills is not.
Avoid smoking and avoid drinking alcohol. These interfere with your capacity to process nutrients and calcium and will stunt your growth.
Cut out or cut back on growth inhibitors like coffee, sugar, salt, soda drinks and junk food. If you spend your time drinking soda drinks and eating pizza you are going to stunt your growth.
Many people find it hard to gain height because they do not follow a routine, or forget to exercise. Some people do not eat the right foods every day. By following a growth program you can be sure of gaining inches in height by just following these steps daily.
